Abu Dhabi is waiting for the participants of the seminar on the competition for the master plan of Sirius neighbourhoods

On February 24, an introductory seminar for potential participants of the international competition for the development of a master plan for two innovative districts of the Sirius Federal Territory will be held in Abu Dhabi within the framework of the Climate Day of the Sirius Talent Summit. At the event, it will be possible to ask the organisers and initiators of the competition all the questions you are interested in regarding the details of participation.

Remind you that the Competition was announced on February 8, 2025 at the architectural and construction forum "Kazanysh". The competition is focussed on the strongest architectural bureaus and development institutes of the BRICS countries. The masterplan development area includes two plots, of 23.1 hectares and 19.4 hectares respectively. It is planned to create the second stage of the scientific and technological campus of the Sirius University, as well as an innovative IT cluster.

Applications will be accepted until May 31, 2025 on the official Competition website (https://siriusmasterplan.com/). At the introductory seminar you can also get detailed information about the Competition, conditions of participation.

Sirius Federal Territory is located on the Black Sea coast in the ImeretiLowland, between the Mzymta and Psou rivers, surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains and a nature reserve. It is a unique platform for the implementation of innovative projects and technologies. The strategy for its socio-economic development focuses on creating favorable conditions to attract developers, technology companies and entrepreneurs, professional artists and sportspeople to the federal territory.

The operator of the Competition is the Agency for Strategic Development CENTER.

"Sirius Talent Summit" will be held from February 23 to 25, in Abu Dhabi (UAE), a seminar for potential participants of the Competition will be held as part of the Sirius Talent Summit Climate Day.
